I love Wellington south, it's the place where I grew up and call home. I believe I reflect the community that I serve and represent.

My family moved here over 25 years ago, living first in Island Bay and then in Newtown. Dad was the Methodist Minister for Wellington south and Mum worked at Wellington Hospital. 

I've worked in the ward at Wellington Zoo and the Happy Valley tip. I know how councils tick, having worked in the community and economic development sectors for over 15 years.
